Interlaminar Shear Characteristics, Energy Consumption, and Carbon Emissions of Polyurethane Mixtures

The interlaminar shear characteristics of a polyurethane (PU) mixture composite structure, quantitatively calculating its energy consumption and carbon emissions were analyzed in this study. Inclined tests carried out on thirteen structures without treatment, high-temperature water bath accelerated loading conducted three structures; further, the strength tire trace position after test was tested to analyze influence both environment structure. Therefore, it recommended spread 0.4 L/m2 two-component adhesive layer as interlayer treatment scheme for structure mixture-PU mixture-asphalt mixture; area had different effects structures. PUM-16 could effectively reduce 88.3 87.2%, 81.1% 79.1% comparison Stone Matrix Nominal maximum particle size 13.2 mm (SMA-13) 19.0 (SMA-20). Thus, confirmed be an environmentally friendly road material.
